Acer Components & Coatings have the facilities and capabilities to handle large scale structural steelworks. The image below shows a recent project coated to our valued clients (4B Engineering in Sunderland) specifications.
The process includes, hanging/mounting to one of our many trolleys or jigs, grinding & DA/hand sanding the surfaces to remove any large scale imperfections in the material (shot blasting if necessary), fully cleaning with specific chemicals, drying off by hand and with compressed air, applying the powder correctly utilising the latest Gema equipment and finally curing in our 6m oven.
Whether its a heavy 1 off 6m structural steel fabrication, or 10'000 off 1mm sheet steel laser profiles and everything in-between, Acer CC can provide an excellent service and a high quality end product.
