POWDER COATING
Our state of the art facility, ideally located between the A1 and the A19 in Washington, houses a 6m+ Curing Oven, 4m Curing Oven, Gema powder coating equipment/extraction booth as well as extensive part preparation facilities. We serve a wide range of sectors and customers including; automotive, street furniture, EH&S, OEM's and end users. We have also recently added a second spray booth & oven.
CNC & TOOLROOM ENGINEERING
With extensive CNC machining equipment and highly skilled staff acer can manufacture your product utilising several machining techniques including Laser Welding, CNC milling, turning and bench fitting.
ELECTROSTATIC WET PAINTING
The process of applying paint electrostatically creates a strong bond and also has a wraparound effect which means hard to reach areas can be coated and this cannot be achieved by other spraying methods. The powerful bond of the coating to the surface is excellent even on intricately shaped objects and the result is an extremely high quality, sleek finish without over-spray.
SHOT BLASTING
Containerised Shot Blasting - Wet (SATBLAST) & Dry - 6m x 3m x 2m footprint and above capability. 1m^2 blast Cabinet.
