After only 2 months of operating, Acer Components & Coatings are delighted to announce significant expansion to both our plant and staff.
A new smaller oven has been added to our existing 6m oven in order to facilitate curing of smaller and simultaneous parts more efficiently. The new oven is 3m x 2m x 2m, which compliments the 6m x 3m x 2.5m existing oven perfectly.
New Booth & Powder Gun equipment has been purchased to run alongside our existing Gema booth & gun, again facilitating multi batch and colours simultaneously.
A new 1m^3 Shot Blast cabinet as well as stand alone shot blast equipment means we can prepare larger parts and assemblies for our valued customers.
Acer are also pleased to announce 2 new staff. A 3rd year apprentice machinist and also a part time operative currently studying for his Engineering degree at the University of Sunderland. We welcome them on board at this exciting stage of their careers.
Acer have introduced more than 10 new customers in its first 2 months. We'd like to thank everyone who has supported us so far and look forward to working with you all in the future.
